Job Summary

Aptive is seeking a SharePoint and MS Power Platform Designer (Power Automate and Power Apps) developer supporting the delivery of health system transformation and innovation, implementation and operations support, and healthcare business enabling services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Driving client business transformation building Power App Enterprise-level solutions including data model creation, process automation, report and dashboard development, and system configuration.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Responsible for developing PowerApps and model-driven apps. 
  • Collaborate with business customers to perform application testing needed to assure the desired functionality of the solutions meets the business requirements.
  • Assist in communicating new features released to users.
  • Create and maintain application solution documentation.
  • Assist in creating end-user and technical documentation.
  • Integrate Microsoft Flow/Power Automate into SharePoint.
  • Develop workflows that enhance the use of SharePoint.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience Required

  • Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
  • SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, SQL and workflow creation.
  • Creating and configuring SharePoint intake workflow applications.
  • Usability testing and UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience with SharePoint 360 required

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing SharePoint and MS Power Platform solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A Current public trust clearance.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

  • Could sponsor a public trust clearance for the right person
  • Experience with VHA Central Office
