Aptive is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role addresses a critical shortage of Non-Clinical and Program Support personnel by coordinating organizational activities, improving operational processes, and ensuring efficient production and distribution of health care services. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and collaborating across departments to meet CMOP’s mission of delivering timely and accurate pharmacy services to Veterans.

Location:  4136 Carolina Commerce Parkway, Ladson, SC 29456

Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday through Friday; and 3:00PM - 11:30 PM Monday through Friday

Compsenation: $38 per hour

• Coordinate the activities of organizations.
• Direct the production, pricing, sales and distribution of healthcare services and are responsible for overall operations improvement.
• Day-to-day duties may include forecasting customer demand and meeting with managers from other departments.

• BA/BS Degree
• Six years of experience directly related to Production/Operations roles
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently in compliance with U.S. federal requirements for this position (U.S.C. 7402(d) and 7407(d))
