Aptive is seeking a full-time Senior Evaluator to provide high quality support for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) contracts. The Senior Evaluator will support cross-site evaluations of behavioral health initiatives.
The Senior Evaluator will work as part of a team to lead data analysis, evaluation, and reporting tasks, ensuring a rigorous and robust evaluation. This role requires collaboration and alignment across various studies and workstreams. Primary responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree in epidemiology, statistics, biostatistics, or related field.
Strong background in epidemiology.
Ability to synthesize, link, and clean data from disparate sources.
Ability to analyze, interpret and translate complex data for various stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and grantees.
Experience in analyzing social science data strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing guidance documents and reports.
Experience in leveraging and standardizing data sets for cross-site evaluation.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and management experience using statistical tools and software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Power BI.
Ability to Obtain a clearance
