The Informatics Adoption Pathway (IAP) Market Project Manager (PM) is set to host educational and informational sessions for each market. The Market PM will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, monitoring and deployment of these sessions.

• Collaborate closely with each Market Liaison to organize and fully deploy each session. This includes scheduling, logistics, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with presenters. Ensure that each presenter is adequately prepared and has all the necessary information and materials for their session.
• Manage the Project Plan for the market  
  • Ensure timeline is adhered to and monitor upcoming tasks
  • Bring escalation items or barriers to IAP Standup regularly
• Document hours / actual time spent on each activity to measure bandwidth
• Use project rigor to manage the OneNote Notebook for each market
• IAP Events:
  • Team coordination efforts that lead up, during and after each IAP activity
  • Attend market-specific meetings and events, collect and share logistical takeaways and ensure they are completed 
• Coordinate regularly with the market liaison (at least 3x weekly)
• Report with market liaison on progress and status of market
• Support market liaison in any ad hoc information gathering or template development that can be used across markets 
• Document market IAP related risks and issues; value met for each market as measurement strategy is established

• Significant experience in establishing CoPs
• Project management experience optimizing business and project level process flows
• Experience running and managing teams with expert level Kanban board or Microsoft Project experience
• Experience working as a contractor or an employee of VA/VHA, medical facility, or health organization including familiarity with implementing and / or managing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with brevity and clarity
• Experience working in a consulting environment and understanding of client/customer relations
• Advanced knowledge in available emerging technologies and their application relative to user/customer needs
• Analysis and application of knowledge to investigate and solution emerging technologies and their application
• BS Degree and 8 years experience 

• Project Management experience
• Experience leading successful projects
• Experience working as a contractor or an employee for the VA
• Experience working with Federal EHR tools (Oracle Health, Epic and the like)
• Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple assignments at once, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• High attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• PMP or Prosci certification
