The Project Manager develops and maintains the Project Management Plan, produces Gantt charts to track timelines and interdependencies, and provides updated reports to VA leadership. Deliverables include progress reports, Gantt-based project tracking, leadership reports, and coordination of interagency activities. The Project Manager facilitates regular meetings with the COR and PM, validates strategic planning assumptions, and ensures documentation is updated in VA-approved systems such as SharePoint or Box.
