Aptive seeks a Senior Information and Process Engineer with expertise in data visualization, process engineering, and change adoption to support Food and Drug Administration (FDA)’s One-FDA initiative. This role will lead efforts to design, implement, and institutionalize advanced dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights for agency leadership and staff. The Senior Information and Process Engineer will bridge technical teams and end-users to ensure solutions are both technically sound and embraced across the organization, supporting data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and agency priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with agency standards for accessibility and compliance.
• Develop frameworks for tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance data across the agency.
• Integrate multiple data sources into centralized reporting tools that enable leadership decision-making.
• Define KPIs and metrics that align with organizational goals and mission outcomes.
• Develop adoption strategies that encourage consistent and effective use of dashboard.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement sessions, training workshops, and communication to build confidence and usability.
• Establish feedback loops to continuously refine dashboards based on user needs.
• Advise agency leadership on data-driven decision-making practices and performance monitoring strategies.
• Provide oversight for dashboard governance, including data quality standards, version control, and access management.
• Guide continuous improvement by applying lessons learned to strengthen future dashboard initiatives.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, data visualization, or analytics, with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing dashboards for federal or large-scale organizations.
• Expertise in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience driving technology adoption.
• Must meet U.S. residency requirement (3 of last 5 years) and be eligible for Public Trust clearance.

• Experience working with federal agencies or health or science-focused organizations.
• Familiarity with performance measurement frameworks, federal reporting, or governance models.
• Certifications in process improvement, change management, or data visualization.
