Job Summary

The Scheduler develops and manages the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Business Roadmap Tool for VFMP Modernization. This role ensures accurate milestone tracking, schedule integration, and timely delivery of modernization goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate scheduling across modernization workstreams and contractors.
  • Track performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies; deliver analytics to leadership.
  • Support integration of schedule with scope, budget, and resource planning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related field.
  • PMP or PMI-SP certification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing federal or healthcare projects.
  • Minimum 4+ years of scheduling experience using MS Project or equivalent tools.
  • Experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing programs in support of large federal organizations.
  • Experience managing large-scale program schedules with interdependencies and multiple project phases.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Veterans Health Administration (VHA) or similar healthcare systems.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile frameworks.
