Job Summary

The Data Analyst Senior designs and delivers analytical models, visualizations, and dashboards to support VFMP modernization analytics and data-driven decision-making.

• Develop analytical frameworks and models to evaluate program outcomes.
• Design dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks.
• Perform statistical and qualitative analysis on modernization data sets.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights and reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in data science, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or visualization.
• Experience in data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL-based analytics.

• Experience supporting VA or federal healthcare modernization programs.
• Knowledge of ML workflows and predictive analytics in healthcare.
