Aptive Resources is seeking a Data Analyst to support the evaluation of SAMHSA’s 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and Zero Suicide initiatives. This role will play a critical part in advancing data-driven insights that inform national behavioral health strategy, crisis system performance, and suicide prevention efforts. The Data Analyst will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets related to crisis services, healthcare systems, and program implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience working with large and sensitive datasets, and a passion for using data to improve behavioral health outcomes.
Key responsibilities include cleaning and managing quantitative and qualitative data; conducting statistical analyses to evaluate program performance, service utilization, and outcomes; developing dashboards, visualizations, and reports for federal stakeholders; and supporting the preparation of technical deliverables and evaluation briefs. The Data Analyst will collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other evaluation team members to translate findings into actionable insights, ensure data integrity, and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
