Job Summary

Artemis is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to support a large-scale, nationwide project management, business process improvement, information management, communications and outreach, and records management contract for the federal government. The Business Analyst will support data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation efforts to assist senior analysts and leadership in operational and strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to deliver actionable findings to stakeholders.

 

The Business Analyst role requires a self-starter, proactive problem solver and action-oriented team player with previous experience supporting federal clients, preferably within the Department of Defense or Department of Veterans Affairs, and strategic planning initiatives. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude.

 

This is a contingent hire position.

 

The Business Analyst will be required to work on-site in Falls Church, VA. Travel for meetings will be required.

 

The expected compensation at the time of requisition creation, is between $85,000 and $95,000.00.  The position offers with medical, dental and vision coverage.  Additional benefits such as 401K, disability insurance and PTO are provided as well

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyze program and operational data.
  • Support preparation of reports, charts, dashboards, and briefings.
  • Assist with process mapping, metrics tracking, and documentation.
  • Provide research and administrative support for studies and assessments.
  • Support executive presentations and recurring performance reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and identify patterns.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively manage expectations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
  • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S
