Job Summary

Artemis ARC seeks a Business Process Engineer to support transformation and optimization efforts within Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Engineering & Facilities Programs (HEFP). This role focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and mission performance.

 

The position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and experience applying structured methodologies to drive sustainable improvements across complex organizations.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct business process reengineering and performance improvement initiatives specific to the VHA healthcare engineering and facilities program environment.

 

Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized process solutions.

 

Develop reports, white papers, and executive briefings to communicate findings and recommendations.

 

Support change management initiatives and assist with training development and delivery.

 

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and sustain process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or program support.

Desired Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience supporting federal or VA programs.
  • Experience with workflow automation or digital transformation tools.
