Job Summary

Aptive seeks a skilled Program Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative by providing analytical and coordination support. This role will assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing program data to support planning, readiness assessments, and implementation activities. The analyst will contribute to tracking workstream progress, documenting requirements, and supporting the development of reports and briefings that inform decision-making across VHACO and VISNs.

Primary Responsibilities

In support of implementation, the Program Analyst will help maintain project trackers, dashboards, and execution plans to monitor progress toward Initial and Full Operating Capability.
