This role supports enterprise-wide transformation to improve organizational alignment, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality Veteran care.
The Change Management Lead supports VHA-wide change management across RISE implementation workstreams and guides stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and risk mitigation for a successful transition to a new organizational model. This role ensures change management practices are integrated across all phases of implementation and aligned with program objectives and leadership priorities.
- Relevant certification in change management or organizational development (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
