Aptive seeks a Change Management Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in executing the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Restructure for Impact and Sustainability Effort (RISE). This role supports enterprise-wide transformation to improve organizational alignment, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality Veteran care.
The Change Management Specialist supports change across RISE implementation workstreams, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking. The role keeps stakeholders informed, engaged, and supported throughout transition activities. The Specialist supports development and execution of change strategies through change impact assessments, stakeholder needs identification, and targeted engagement approaches. The Specialist supports stakeholder engagement through outreach, gathers feedback, and applies sentiment analysis to assess readiness and adoption. Risk identification mitigates resistance and implementation challenges.
The Change Management Specialist collaborates with program leadership, project managers, and workstream leads to ensure alignment of messaging and change activities across VHA Central Office (VHACO), Operations Centers, and Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISNs). This includes supporting governance activities and tracking of adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement for reporting and continuous improvement.
