Artemis ARC is seeking a Strategic Communications and Events Lead to support a high-visibility federal healthcare program focused on advancing telehealth and digital health initiatives for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that promote program objectives, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support the adoption of virtual care solutions across a national healthcare network. The Lead will work closely with program leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including VHA leadership, clinicians, and field staff.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing strategic communications campaigns, developing executive-level briefings and outreach materials, and coordinating internal and external events such as workshops, trainings, and national rollouts. The role will also oversee messaging consistency, branding, and content development across communication channels, while supporting change management and user adoption efforts tied to telehealth and health IT deployments. The Strategic Communications and Events Lead will manage event logistics, stakeholder coordination, and post-event reporting, while continuously assessing communication effectiveness and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and program visibility in alignment with VHA mission priorities.
