  • Experience creating executive-level communications materials, including briefings, reports, talking points, and presentations
  • Experience planning and managing events, such as conferences, workshops, trainings, or large-scale stakeholder engagements
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or healthcare topics into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including technical, clinical, and program stakeholders
  • Knowledge of branding, messaging consistency, and multi-channel communications (e.g., email campaigns, newsletters, web content)
  • Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, or health IT programs and terminology (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (or active clearance preferred)

Desired Qualifications
