This role manages a team of recruiters and is accountable for delivering timely, compliant, and strategic staffing solutions across physician, nursing, allied health, and support roles.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in commercial healthcare staffing, with a strong understanding of labor market dynamics, compensation structures, and competitive positioning. This role partners closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to meet staffing demands, mitigate risk, and support contract performance.
