  • Experience supporting compliance, audits, or governance activities within a large organization or program
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations for standardization and improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting formal policy documents and briefing senior stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical, clinical, legal, and operational teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience developing policies or standards specifically related to telehealth, digital health, or healthcare technology management
  • Familiarity with VA governance structures, directive/handbook processes, or federal policy lifecycle processes
  • Experience aligning policy with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., RMF, NIST 800-series) and medical device or health IT standards
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide standardization initiatives across large, distributed organizations
  • Experience supporting regulatory reviews, inspections, or accreditation processes (e.g., Joint Commission)
