Ultrasound Technician (MIT)

Position Summary:
Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment while supporting radiology operations.

Compensation: Starting at 65/hr plus 5.09 for Health and Wellness

CT: Weekday & Weekend Coverage (including holidays)
Shift Hours
Day 7:00am – 7:30pm
Night 6:00pm – 6:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound equipment for diagnostic imaging
• Prepare and position patients for exams
• Select appropriate imaging settings and capture images
• Document findings and ensure image quality
• Maintain exam room readiness and supplies
• Upload images to PACS and manage records
• Enter patient data into CPRS/Radiology systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) designation
• Minimum 2 years ultrasound/sonography experience
• BLS certification
• ARDMS certification (preferred, not required)
• PACS experience preferred
