Aptive is seeking a Health IT Business Analyst to lead the analysis, definition, and management of clinical, program, and data requirements supporting IT modernization and related Health IT system enhancements across the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU). This role drives requirements, data mapping, and enterprise change management that keep EHR and Health IT enhancements aligned with clinical and operational needs.
The Business Analyst leads requirements definition and traceability, defines data mapping strategy in coordination with data engineers, and supports the IHSC Change Control Board through intake, documentation, and tracking of change and enhancement requests. This is a designated Key Personnel position under the contract.
The ideal candidate is a senior analyst who can translate approved clinical and program needs into functional and data requirements, manage stakeholder input and downstream impact analysis, and operate effectively in a complex federal healthcare environment.
