Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the VA's AI Citizen Developer Ecosystem (TOPR 0049), a large-scale initiative within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) aimed at expanding artificial intelligence and low-code/no-code development capabilities across the federal healthcare enterprise. In this role, you will serve as the single contractor point of contact for VHA leadership, coordinating SME resources, managing program performance, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the VA's mission to serve America's Veterans.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and federal agency leadership. You bring a structured yet adaptive working style, a commitment to accountability, and a passion for modernizing healthcare through technology.
